Ali Payroll helps employers create payroll records and paystubs. This policy explains what information the service may process and how it is used.
Information We Process
The app may process account information such as your name, email address, sign-in identifiers, company information, employee payroll settings, pay-run details, pay stub data, billing records, and email delivery records.
Payroll And Employee Data
Payroll data can include sensitive employment information such as employee names, addresses, email addresses, wages, deductions, tax claim amounts, pay dates, and year-to-date totals. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to enter and process this information.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to sign users in, provide payroll records, generate paystubs, calculate payroll deductions, enforce plan limits, process Supporter supporter contributions, send pay stub emails for supporter accounts, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security.
Service Providers
The app may rely on trusted service providers for sign-in, data storage, payment processing, and email delivery.
Payments
Payment and billing information may be processed by payment providers. Ali Payroll does not need to store full payment card numbers to provide account plan access.
Data Retention
Payroll records are retained while your account is active so historical pay stubs and year-to-date values remain available. You may request deletion of account data, subject to legal, tax, security, and recordkeeping needs.
Security
The app uses authenticated access controls and user-scoped records. No security measure is perfect, and payroll data should only be entered from trusted devices and networks.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for verifying payroll calculations, maintaining accurate employee information, complying with employment and tax obligations, and protecting access to your account.
