Agreement
These terms govern use of Ali Payroll. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Service description
The service helps manage companies, employees, pay runs, paystubs, account plans, billing, and Supporter email delivery extras.
No professional advice
The service is a software tool, not legal, accounting, tax, payroll, or employment advice. You are responsible for verifying calculations and complying with applicable laws, tax rules, employment standards, recordkeeping duties, and remittance obligations.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account, company, employee, and billing information.
Payroll data
You represent that you have the right to enter and process employee and payroll information in the service. You are responsible for reviewing pay stubs and correcting any inaccurate information before using them.
Plans and billing
Free accounts are subject to employee limits. Supporter accounts receive additional non-critical conveniences, including extra employee room, alternate paystub views, and paystub email delivery after a one-time contribution.
Refunds and billing issues
Billing requests are reviewed through support. Payment provider rules, fraud checks, completed service access, and applicable law may affect refund availability.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload unlawful data, or use the service to violate another person's rights.
Availability and changes
The service may change over time, including features, limits, supported provinces, calculation methods, and pricing. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, or unexpected incidents.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including payroll, tax, employment, or compliance losses arising from use of the service.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for violation of these terms, nonpayment, security risk, or discontinued operation of the service.
