Security

Payroll data deserves clear boundaries and careful access.

Ali Payroll is designed around signed-in, user-scoped records. These notes explain the public security posture so employers know what to expect before entering company or employee payroll information.

Authenticated access

Application pages, pay stubs, billing routes, company records, employees, and reports require account authentication.

User-scoped records

Payroll records are associated with the signed-in user so company, employee, pay-run, paystub, and plan data remain separated by account.

Sensitive payroll fields

Employee names, addresses, wages, tax claim amounts, deductions, and year-to-date values should only be entered from trusted devices and networks.

Service providers

Ali Payroll may rely on providers for authentication, storage, payments, and email delivery. Those providers are used to operate the service, not to replace employer review.

Employer responsibilities

Control account access

Use strong sign-in practices and limit access to people who should handle payroll data.

Review exports and paystubs

Check payroll drafts, paystubs, CSV exports, and year-to-date totals before relying on them.

Request data help

Contact support for account, deletion, billing, or privacy requests, subject to legal and recordkeeping needs.
